Index of i386-win32

This is Bernd Längerichs port of the wavtools to Windows.
Just unpack it into a directory. All DLLs needed for wavstat are contained, the other tools have not yet been tested.
wgnuplot is not contained as it does not read commands from stdin.
The following graphics formats have been tested:

wavtools-1.6-win32.zip (ziped 2.4 MB):

pcm2wav: read PCM and write multiple WAV files
wav2text: convert WAV file into text file
wavavg: extract and average part of a WAV file
wavcut: cut and paste WAV files
wavinfo: print information about WAV files
wavspec: plot spectrum of audio (wav, mp3, mp+, ogg, pac) file
wavstat: plot statistical data of audio (wav, mp3, mp+, ogg, pac) files
libraries: cygwin, fftw
gnuplot
